Below are the nominees and a full breakdown of their achievements throughout the month.
Mikel Arteta (Arsenal)
Record: P4 W2 D2 L0 | Goal Difference: +5
Mikel Arteta led Arsenal through November without suffering a single defeat, maintaining the club’s strong pursuit of its long-awaited first Premier League title since 2004. The Gunners started the month on the road, securing a controlled 2–0 victory over Burnley before battling to a 2–2 draw at Sunderland. Momentum continued in two high-profile London derbies: a resounding 4–1 home win over Tottenham Hotspur showcased Arsenal’s attacking brilliance, while a resilient display at Stamford Bridge saw them fight back to rescue a 1–1 draw against Chelsea. Arteta’s blend of defensive stability and forward fluidity keeps Arsenal firmly in the title conversation.
Unai Emery (Aston Villa)
Record: P4 W3 D0 L1 | Goal Difference: +4
Despite beginning the month with a difficult 2–0 defeat away to Liverpool, Unai Emery once again demonstrated his tactical intelligence and motivational quality by steering Aston Villa to three consecutive victories. Villa immediately responded with a convincing 4–0 home triumph over Bournemouth, showcasing an impressive return to form. They followed that up with a spirited 2–1 comeback win at Leeds United before grinding out a disciplined 1–0 victory against Wolves. Emery’s ability to reset his team after setbacks has helped keep Villa inside the Premier League’s top-four positions.
Pep Guardiola (Manchester City)
Record: P4 W3 D0 L1 | Goal Difference: +5
Manchester City were once again thrilling to watch under Pep Guardiola, finishing the month as the league’s top scorers with ten goals. City’s attacking football shone in their key victories, including an impressive win over Liverpool that highlighted their championship credentials. A dramatic 3–2 stoppage-time victory against Leeds demonstrated their trademark resilience and relentless pressure. Although a single defeat blemished their record, Guardiola’s side produced some of November’s most entertaining football.
Fabian Hürzeler (Brighton & Hove Albion)
Record: P4 W3 D1 L0 | Goal Difference: +6
Brighton’s rapid rise under Fabian Hürzeler continued with an unbeaten month featuring superb defensive organisation and efficient attacking play. The Seagulls conceded just once in four matches, beginning with victories over Leeds and Brentford. A tightly contested goalless draw in the M23 derby against Crystal Palace highlighted their defensive maturity, and they ended November with a confident 2–0 win at Nottingham Forest. Hürzeler’s impact has transformed Brighton into one of the Premier League’s most well-drilled sides.
Enzo Maresca (Chelsea)

Enzo Maresca oversaw one of Chelsea’s most convincing months of the season so far, remaining unbeaten with three wins and one draw. Chelsea began strongly with a 1–0 victory over Spurs, followed by a commanding 3–0 success against Wolves and a routine 2–0 win away at Burnley. Their perfect run ended with a dramatic 1–1 draw against Arsenal—a match where the Blues held the lead despite being reduced to 10 men. Maresca’s disciplined tactical structure continues to deliver results.
Marco Silva (Fulham)
Record: P4 W3 D0 L1 | Goal Difference: +3
Marco Silva guided Fulham to an impressive run of three wins from four fixtures. The highlight of their month came at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where Fulham stunned the hosts by scoring twice in the opening eight minutes before holding on for a memorable 2–1 victory—their first ever win at the venue.
